Overview
50.4 Fuser Error caused by inconsistent power supplied to the
printer.
Situation
The printer will display a 50.4 Fuser Error when one of the
following occurs:
1. Bad Line Voltage
2. Defective Power supply
3. Defective DC controller
NOTE: A defective Fuser will not cause a 50.4
Fuser Error.
Solution / Action
1. Move the printer to a location on a different electrical
circuit.
2. Verify Line Voltage is "clean."
3. Replace the Power Supply.
4. Replace the DC controller.
